2. Information We DO NOT Collect or Store

We will **never** collect, store, or transmit to any external server managed by ETIP LTD:

• The full contents of any cell in your Google Sheets, other than the message and recipient data necessary for the single purpose of sending a user-initiated message.
• Your Google login credentials, passwords, or any personal information other than your email address.
• Message content or phone numbers after the message transmission is complete.

3. Sharing Your Data

We will **never** sell, rent, or trade your Google User Data. We share the minimum necessary data only under the following limited circumstances:

• External Messaging Services: When you initiate a message, the phone number and message content are securely transmitted to the external messaging API (Meta's API) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request. This transmission is secured via HTTPS/SSL.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or subpoena.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we collect and store (your email address). The external request scope is handled securely using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) to protect the transmission of message data.
