At ETIP.in, we collect only the minimum data required to execute your automations. This includes:

• Identity Data: Name and email address for account authentication.
• API Data: Access tokens for Google Workspace or WhatsApp Business API (stored using AES-256 encryption).
• Usage Logs: Metadata regarding automation execution to ensure system stability.

2. How We Use Your Data

Data is strictly used for the "Invisible Architecture" of your business. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Its primary functions are:

• Facilitating communication via WhatsApp API.
• Processing Google Sheets/Workspace automations.
• Improving system latency and performance.

3. Third-Party Integration

ETIP.in integrates with Google and Meta. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Retention

We retain sensitive data only as long as your automation subscription is active. Upon account termination, all API tokens and specialized logs are purged from our secure nodes within 30 days.
