WhatsConnect Google Sheets Add-on Terms of Service

  • For any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • To transmit messages that are harassing, abusive, or constitute spam.
  • To violate any external messaging platform’s policies (e.g., WhatsApp’s policies). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your messaging complies with all relevant platform and legal requirements (e.g., obtaining consent).
  • In any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Add-on, including all intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (excluding the user's Google Sheet data), is the exclusive property of ETIP LTD.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ETIP LTD makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's operation or availability, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ETIP LTD, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any new terms take effect.

9. Governing Law
