Defining the parameters of our digital partnership.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By initializing any service on ETIP.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are operating on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these parameters.
2. Service Provision & "Invisible Engine"
ETIP.in provides automation scripts, Google Workspace Add-ons, and WhatsApp API integrations. We reserve the right to modify or "patch" these services to maintain system integrity and security without prior notice.
3. API Usage & External Constraints
Our services rely on third-party APIs (Google, Meta). You agree to comply with their respective terms. ETIP.in is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party API changes, rate-limiting, or account suspensions by Meta or Google.
4. Subscription & Billing
Services are billed on a recurring basis. Failure to maintain a valid payment method will result in "System Dormancy" (account suspension). Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on execution logs.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use ETIP.in for:
- Spamming via WhatsApp API.
- Reverse-engineering our automation logic.
- Circumventing system security protocols.
6. Limitation of Liability
ETIP.in shall not be liable for any data loss or business interruption resulting from the use of our automations. You use these "blueprints" at your own risk.
