Refund & Cancellation
Transparency in our billing and termination cycles.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their ETIP.in subscription at any time via their dashboard. Upon cancellation, your automation services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further "Auto-Renewal" charges will occur.
Digital Goods (Scripts & Add-ons)
Due to the nature of digital software and instantly deployable code, we generally do not offer refunds once a script has been downloaded or an Add-on license has been activated. We encourage users to utilize our "System Demos" before purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following "System Exceptions":
- Double-billing due to a technical glitch in our payment gateway.
- Failure to deliver the service/API access within 7 days of verified payment.
- Critical bugs in our core engine that prevent intended use (verified by our technical log audit).
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days and will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card) as per the standard banking protocols in India.
